I'm Juliana Harless, and I have served as the Southeast Market Lead for MEI for the past two and a half years. Based out of Birmingham, Alabama, I take pride in working closely with our partners and customers to understand their needs across various markets and in turn provide comprehensive solutions. Before I took on this role, I was Marketing Coordinator for a large MEP Engineering firm, serving clients in healthcare, higher education, laboratory/research, and government sectors. This fostered my interest in infrastructure, and in turn my passion for renewable energy, which led me to MEI. My journey from a Communications and Marketing background to a leadership role in the solar industry is a testament to the possibilities that come with dedication, education, curiosity, and a relentless pursuit of personal and professional growth. As an Alabama native, I have a deep knowledge of the southeast and understand the driving forces that keep our economy, and the environment we love and depend on so much, at the forefront of our decisions. I'm able to identify local trends and the policy landscape, making me an invaluable asset to our team. I'm passionate about the outdoors, so when I'm not working, you'll find me fishing, hiking or skiing, enjoying anything that allows me to connect with nature.
